I'm updating my previous post and am glad to say, Ms. Beth is still there. Ms. Beth has the ability to uphold company policy while being approachable in order to work with you. During the hottest days summer, I saw her keeping the grounds clean, spraying, etc. Some one wrote about the bugs and they are some type of beetle that's attracted to the flood lights at night. The flood lights are for our visibility if we access our unit at night.
Rented a 4x8 trailer from Barry. Got home and a few hours later I noticed the wheel was leaking air. I called the after hours number at 9pm and Barry immediately sprung into action. He met me at his facility and exchanged the trailer out for me as well as helped me unpack and repack the trailer. Great customer service! Highly recommended!

I stored my belongings here for 15 months. There were roof leaks in the unit. It took me 3 different times of calling/going into the office before I got anyone's attention. By this time, I had 4 ruined doors. The roof was finally fixed, but there was no apology or even an attempt to try and make things right. Every time, we went to this unit, there were dead bugs everywhere. I do not recommend this storage facility to anyone. The owner does not care about your belongings.
