Karen and the coaches as CrossFit OIB are top-notch. Everyone is very welcoming and accepting of all body types and skill levels. They push and encourage you, but never beyond your personal ability. Great drop-in location while vacationing, too. Wish I could have stuck with it, but my work schedule, travel and new puppy just wouldn't allow. I will try again though.

Our usual coaches like Jeff and Richie are great and have really helped us in our fitness goals. We love the gym and the fact that it is well-run. If you come for vacation like many do, it's worth coming here for a WOD. Karen the owner is great and hands on. Thanks!!
