Ordered my new GPS with two day delivery in the morning to ensure that I had it for my trip three days later. Didn't see the immediate e-mail right back asking to speak by phone to verify the purchase since my billing and shipping addresses were different (I live in the sticks with no mail service) and the high dollar amount of the purchase. When I called the next morning, concerned about not having my GPS, to confirm the purchase, they readily volunteered overnight shipping to make up for the delay. Unbelievable service. Will continue to order from them.
I placed an online order but couldn't find any info on return policy. Left a question about that on order form. Within hours, I received a detailed explanation of policy from Charlene. The policy said I could return "new and unopened" product. Since I wasn't able to touch and feel the product, I replied to her email to cancel the order. I got a phone call from Charlene with an offer to explain everything to my satisfaction. She was very accommodating and assured me that I could, in fact, open the packaging and examine everything. I asked her a bunch of questions about the specific model I bought compared to another which I thought was a current model but turned out to be older and discontinued. She was knowledgeable and articulate in her answers and invited me to call her personally with any question after I received my GPS. Definitely great customer service.
Ordered a GPS for son's birthday a couple of days before his birthday. The next day received a very plesant call from them verifying the order. Really appreciate it when they confirm credit card purchases. Had put a note in saying it was for my son's birthday and she asked me if I wanted a card included, how nice, who does wonderful things like that. Not only were they wonderful to deal with and have great prices, they got it to my son on the day of his birthday. Recommend them any day. Thank you.
My grandfather (Jack) ordered a depth finder from The GPS Store. FedEx had lost the package. He couldn't get in touch with FedEx in order to find the package as it said delivered but it never arrived to his house. My grandfather called Nick Carpenter, and Nick sent out a replacement immediately and it arrived at my grandfathers house the very next day! GREAT customer service. "THE BEST" as my grandfather put it.
