Jim’s Car Care is the most professional and personalized car care center I have ever visited. Jim is a very nice and HONEST man. His team are all honest technicians who are actually there to help you and do what is needed for your vehicle. They will not try to talk you into services that are not needed just to increase their income, as they take pictures underneath your vehicle of everything you can’t see, post them and send them to you in an email. AWESOME!!! The reason I went to Jim’s Car Care was to get my brakes and rotors checked, since I was told from another person that they needed to be replaced and he would be glad to do it!! Thank goodness I took it to Jim’s Car Care!! Well, I had my Christmas present early!! I was informed by the technicians that all 4 of the brake pads and rotors looked brand new!! I have been truly blessed with being able to find such an honest business and people this day and time. I would highly recommend Jim’s Car Care in Ocean Isle Beach for any of your Car Care needs!

Another great experience at Jim's Car Care. The work started on schedule, new tires were installed, the state inspection was completed, the vehicle was checked from top to bottom and road tested, all the servicing was completed precisely on time, and the cost for all the servicing was as estimated. I take both of our vehicles to Jim's Car Care because the experience is first-rate from the service writer team, the service advisor, to the service technician, to the timely and courteous service by all personnel.
Very impressed. Price as quoted. Prompt repair. Awesome communication with both phone calls and emails! My follow up email was complete, with pictures showing the faulty part. Email also suggested needed maintenance (again with photos). Shop is neat and clean with outdoor picnic table. I did not have a appointment and dropped off vehicle after hours using night key drop. One day later I had a repair estimate. I used Napa auto repair financing. Which works like a credit card and gives you extra warranty on repairs. Located on Route 17 southbound.
